These terms apply to your purchase and use of Undercore ("the Program"), a digital pelvic floor training program for men operated by Undercore Digital ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to these terms.
Undercore is a digital exercise and education program delivered through a web browser. It includes guided training sessions, instructional animations and written guidance. It is a self-guided training product. It is not a medical service.
Undercore is a training and education tool. It provides general information and exercise guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or physiotherapist. Nothing in the Program creates a doctor–patient relationship.
Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before you start, especially if you have pelvic or genital pain, a medical condition, a heart condition, have recently had surgery (including prostate surgery), or have erectile, ejaculatory or urinary symptoms. Erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood-vessel disease, so have them checked. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness or anything unusual. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
The Program is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use it. By buying or using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal's own terms apply to the payment. We are the seller. The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment and includes any taxes we are required to charge, unless stated otherwise. A receipt is sent by PayPal to the email on your PayPal account.
You can create a free account with your email address and a password; it opens the free Day 1 and a preview of the rest. When you pay while logged in, the full Program unlocks on that account. If you pay without an account, the Program unlocks on the device you bought it on and you choose a password. Either way, you can then log in on any device with your email address and password. Keep your password private: you're responsible for what happens under your account. If you forget it, you can reset it by email.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Program for your own non-commercial use. You may not share your account or login, resell, publish or redistribute the Program's content.
Our 7-Day Test Drive gives a full refund to customers who tried the Program (at least 3 sessions in the first 7 days) and ask within 7 days of purchase, once per customer. When a refund or chargeback goes through, access to the Program and your account is closed automatically. Details are in our Refund Policy. This doesn't limit your rights under the consumer-protection law where you live.
The Program, including its text, training structure, software, animations and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Some anatomical imagery may be derived from Z-Anatomy, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Where that applies, it is credited and its license terms govern that material.
We may update, improve or change the Program. We aim to keep it available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. If we ever permanently discontinue the Program, we'll give reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
