The test drive is for men who actually try the program. If you've done at least 3 training sessions in your first 7 days and feel it isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Just tell us briefly what you tried and what didn't work for you.
We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are issued through PayPal to your original payment method; depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Your access is closed automatically when the refund goes through. Our server is notified by PayPal and locks your account at once: you can't log in anymore, and the app on your phone locks the next time it's online. The same happens if a payment is reversed through a chargeback. Your training progress stays only on your phone; clearing the site's data in your browser removes it. If you also want your account record deleted, say so in the same email.
Purchases are generally non-refundable after 7 days. If something went wrong, contact us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
This test drive is a promise we make on top of the law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection law where you live.
